It is extremely normal for both men and woman to be emotional. After all that is just based on the hormone levels in our body. However, its sometimes best to not let your emotions get the better of you. Sometimes if you get too emotional and become controlling, manipulative, clingy, jealous, etc. Those are emotional states that most guys really dislike, same with women. So overall, I would say you have to be yourself and if someone says something, be genuine and serious in getting a response as to why.

If someone is saying your emotional, they should easily be able to give you a reason that can help you understand and grow as a person, if not, then I wouldn't even listen to the disrespect.
