Girls, do you always say hi to guys you work with?

Yes. Most of the time. I mean people do work together and develop a work relationship.

so when you say hi first to a guy at work, do you do it because you feel obligated to say it or do you say it genuinely? I'm only asking because im not much of a talker at work so girls will say hi to me.

I just do it cause I'm friendly. Unless I'm having a bad day then I'll just walk shoulders slumped looking terrible. Lol

Yea thats the problem, sometimes i wonder if i should engage in further discussions with these girls or say, hey add me on IG or something. Because I plan to leave the job and look for something better with more pay. The people I work with are nice but I'm not sure if they want to keep in touch with me lol.

I wouldn't to close if you plan to leave soon. I never keep in touch with any of my co workers probably just 2 or 3. Especially if we were good friends.

I don't plan to leave soon but some of them are planning to leave. One girl I know is quitting next week and I was thinking maybe say, hey, here's my number or add me to this platform. I know most of the colleagues people work with they won't stay in touch after they quit. Maybe they'll meet up once or twice or three times tops but with life it gets busier and more hectic. I have 2-3 girls I would like to keep in touch with after I leave but it's also because I do sorta have feelings for them.

Well then give them your number then. Maybe find a girlfriend hopefully.

Another reason why is I don't want these girls to go down a bad path. Im not saying I can help them or its my job to help them. But I cringe when girls have the wrong influence around them and they end up wasting 5-10 years of their life with the wrong crowd.
