Guys, do you say hi to every woman you pass in public or just ones you find attractive?

I wave/say hi to everyone, male or female, unless it's clear they're in a hurry going somewhere. I go hiking/ruck marching a lot... run into the same faces sometimes. We'll smile, wave, make a quick comment, but total strangers at least get a smile and a "hi"

I'm an introvert, and I hate people, so I barely say "hello" to people I know, let alone those I don't know.
