Why do some women think being stay home mom is bad?

Because that's how our society is these days. Men aren't as vocal about it but if you really question them, when it comes down to it most of them want their woman to work as well. There was a question a day or so ago by a woman asking about staying at home, and half of the men - the the ones that mostly claimed to want traditional women at that - pretty much said that a woman who stayed home was useless and that they should work. Truly traditional men and women are extremely hard to find, especially on sites like these.

i feel like being a say at home mom would be great, like yeah. go work all day and come home to family all taken care of. being a stay at home mom is so underrated these days... it's not a bad thing to take care of your kids and house.

It's not bad. My sister is stay at home mom and she's trying her best to raise a 2 month old little boy. Sometimes maybe they feel bad cause they dont bring in a paycheck.
