Do woman usually get very snobbish to men they don't find attractive?

I've had several female neighbors get very snobby the moment & sometimes VERY moment they realized I HAD to live either by, or around them & some of them were much older than me

Probably their reflection of your own behavior toward them first. If a pattern repeats, look at what you are doing yourself.

Some do. But I personally would RATHER a woman reject me that way then give me an ambiguous sign. But ambiguity is worse I think.

But why get snobbish with ME than some other dude in the some areas? Id have to stand out for that to happen a lot

Because sometimes by being nice guys will take the message that they just need to try harder. And then they have to get mean.
If a woman is truly being hateful that's on her man not on you. Never take a woman's rejection personal. I get it, they're essentially telling you you're not good enough. But who are they? You're a helluva dude! Why would you let her inability to see that get you down? Ask another girl! One who truly deserves you and is smart enough to see what you bring to the table.

It was random girls/woman who have done this & it was done purposely as I walked by them or had to be in their presence that they would "let me know"

I'd just laugh and say OK, buttercup. You have a nice day then. Some women are mean like that. But I guarantee you they ain't happy. Don't let them get to you. Stand tall. Being a man is an attitude no woman can TAKE that from a man. He can only surrender it to them. Always remember that!

So my cases weren't necessarily because they didn't find me attractive

It was more so on some "low key" bullying because they knew I wasn't "worth" anything to them so they acted out of spite for said reasons
