Is she flirting a lot with me?
Why would she be paying so much attention to me?

Context:
I've barely known this girls for 4 months (but in reality it's less than that amount of time).
I rarely had any time to talk to this girl due to the short time that we barely see each other (because of her job, she's constantly moving around the buildings, making most of the time just seeing each other and just saying hi). When we actually find each other heading towards the same direction, we actually slow down (from walking fast to walking slow) and talk a little more while on our way.
When we talk, she's paying a lot of attention to me and if I say something that needs to be clarified (from her point of view) she will ask more questions. Sometimes she greets me with a fist bump.
Whenever we have to finish our conversation, she actually kind of finishes with her looking at me while winking at me (keep in mind, were always inside of a building so there's no dust around and no allergies were triggered). The last time we finished our conversation I mentioned that I made some days off by some weeks ahead and she winked at me and made a finger gun gesture.
I haven't seen girl wink at me this much nor pay that much attention to me. So far, I'm the only one who has she done that.
