Recently when hungover I've found that I get emotional does anyone else?

the last few times I've gone out drinking with mate and generally had a good night the next day I've been really upset and sometimes had a good cry. I've recently got dump by the love of my life so I know that one of the reasons for me being upset. when sober I over analyise my life and live through my mistakes. Did anyone else get upset when hungover?

I can't really say that I get more emotional because I become hung over because I don't drink alcohol and I'm a minor, but people do tend to become more emotional or display their true feelings when super drunk. When you're very drunk or hung over your brain can't really think and process the thoughts you want to think. So your brain has to go off of only your instincts or emotions. Your true emotions start to come spilling out and your true colors are shown. If you truly want to know how a person is truly feeling. Get them very drunk and see what happens! PS: Hangovers hurt like hell! However drinking alcohol is fun! :)

the funny thing is when drunk I don't tell pepole to much its the next day when in bed I analyise everthing and right now my brain bring up my ex and the fact I still miss her a lot

Then you might have to confront that feeling and find out why you miss your ex. You have to be honest with how you feel because if you don't your emotions will control your actions and eat you from the inside out. It won't feel good for sure! Good luck!

i just miss my ex in general ie I would love to be still with her. I'm not scared to be single or looking for anyone to fill that void in my life. I feel like she might of been the 1 we fancied each other from the moment we met and its hard not seeing her anymore

Same here my friend. I recently got dumped as well and just have been drinking every weekend away, though I have fun I still wake up in the morning and cry my eyes out. Alcohol is a depressant and in my mental and emotional state at the moment, it's probably a bad idea for me to indulge in.

When my ex left me I crawled into a whiskey bottle and stayed there for about 2 months. Being drunk eased the pain, but the hangover only amplified it.
