Try posting a different one and see if she likes that one fast too. Even then, I'm not entirely sure it means she likes you just as much as you like her, but maybe. I have female friends on IG who also click like to some of my posts within the first few minutes and I know they don't like me as more than friends. Same could be for you too, but just keep investigating.

That's very less data and sample size to conclude anything. Could be a coincidence (tbh can't even remember the number of posts I've liked the moment they were posted, not because I was interested in the postee, but because I was bored and was on liking spree)
