Why would a girl literlly undo her hair as I speak her and then ties it back up in front of me?

This girl had her hair done up in a bun, next minute she undoes her hair right in front of me randomly as we speak. It's like she let's her hair down. Then she ties it back up in front of me

Why would she want me to take charge. I did take charge and asked her questions. She even at one point tucked her hand under shirt. Her hand went under her shirt with hand on top of her shoulder. Most likely touching her bra strap

When a bun is loose, the woman can tell. Letting her hair down and putting it back up, rescures the bun. You being present is irrelevant. Not everything has hidden meaning.

But the bun in ger hair was perfectly neat. Plus she was fiddling with her name badge and also touching her shoulder, by placing her hand under her shirt

Looking neat is not the same as feeling secure. You're describing a lot of fidgeting. Doesn't mean it has anything to do with you. Could be an anxious mind.

They feel the bun/ponytail slipping out and want to fix it. Or they just feel like re-doing it. Or it's a fidget reflex. Or they've been doing it for years. I remember a woman I worked with once. When asked a question, most people just open their mouth and blab something stupid. She paused. Redid her ponytail and then opened her mouth and smart came out -- it was a mental pause and the action was connected to it. And sometimes they do it for no reason at all.
