i was talking to my new boss today she said since i met you you have been such a gentleman to me.

she is still somewhat new at my job

i asked her how her cramps are when she is on her period

i brought her a few waters one day

i asked her how she is

i asked her about her life

just some info so you can gange your comments or anything.

I am guessing your boss is much older than you. If I can go on that assumption, I think what she's saying to you is it's nice to be treated like a person (lady) again. Because most of the guys of today are much much different than the way the were years when being nice, using your manners, treating people with dignity and respect as well they caring for her personally (i. e. helping her when she's not feeling well), etc. She has found a diamond in the rough when she got you as her employee. Just enjoy being at work and doing so well. It sounds like your nature to be that way and she likes it. Relax ok? 🌹

She's probably just feeding your ego unless she shows interest in you and you give her a chance to show she appreciates you. You have to let her come to you sometimes to see what her intentions are

If she's being nice she will compliment u once or twice max but if she's feeding ur ego she will compliment u all the time (or she'll try to compliment u but there's time between each compliment , she'll try to make it seem like she's being nice)
