Without any context, this makes me think you're one of those girls that are simply unhappy with yourself, and call other women pick mes to feel better about yourself. No different than toxic men calling other men simps. Don't get me wrong, there are definitely pick mes and simps, but in most cases healthy people aren't going around throwing these labels at people. That being said, A pick me is a woman that goes out of her way to belittle and or backstab other women in order get a man.
