Are you friendly with her? If so;

1 - Semi Pull Away

Don't ask her out, she won't say yes and this might ruin the friendship, so instead of coming out and telling her you like her, you need to semi pull away, which means casually flirt, have banter with her and give her platonic compliments. This will generally cause a girl to wonder whether or not you're into them, and because you haven't been direct with it, it'll play on her mind and cause her to think about you more.

2 - Show your options

it's really important to carry on with dating, she needs to see that you have other options. Women like a guy with value, so speak to her about other people (ask for advice for example). This triggers fear of missing out and can cause her to second guess her decision to put you in the friendzone.

3 - Social leadership

When you're hanging out with mates, and her, position yourself as a social leader, so talk to everyone else, become playful and connect with others.

4 - Sudo date

Otherwise known as a 'friendship' date and should be done after the above. Even as friends, it's important to hang out just the two of you. Go for coffee, take her shopping for you, when you ask her to hangout it just needs to be casual and lighthearted.
