There are many reasons for this thinking.

It indicates that the woman does not bother, does not care about her body. She does not care about her fitness and her physique. It also indicates that the woman does not care if her being obese leads to conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol and other medical conditions. This attitude and thinking can be very unappealing to a man.

That being said, a woman can be obese either because she likes to eat a lot and she does not care about her body, her physique etc or it can be that she is obese because of some medical conditions, genetic disorders etc.

For EXACTLY the same reason, why women don't like obese men lol. Not sexually attractive, unhealthy, unable to go out in public where they can feel comfortable walking with such people, struggling to find normal clothe, normally sit in a car, airplane or train. Unable to go to restaurants or different food events, because he/she might get a heart attack at any moment, unable to go to theme parks, rollercoasters/waterparks etc... unable to go hiking into the forest, mountains or river sides. Unable to cycle in a parks, dance in clubs or party events, be excitingly sexually active in a bedroom, unable to swim and forger about deep diving or airplane jumping 😂. @Anemone978 The specific lady I had in mind was about the size in the picture. Even being over weight affects female fertility. A woman with a BMI of 27 (which is overweight not obese) has significantly more difficulty in becoming pregnant.

Quite simply we are all descended from forebears who were good at reproducing. Part of that, from the male side, was picking a mate whose body characteristics indicated she was fertile.

Men simply like waist hip ratios of 0.6 (girls like 0.9 for men). It is more an instinctual pass/fail threshold than an instinctual preference and there are a several million years of evolution behind this.

You can say these male instinctual patterns are shallowness but that is a value judgement and doesn't add anything of worth.

Plus doctors are dumb... they told me first pregnancy do not eat peanuts because we think it causes nut allergies I never listened because they are stupid... nothing happened my kid didn't have allergies.. I get pregnant with kid number 2 they tell me I should eat peanuts because they think that might be why more kids are being allergic to nuts..
