My sister dresses like this all the time, drives me crazy in more ways then one.. I've told her to put on a shirt, she ignores and tells me "you're just jealous because you can't have sleep with me."

The main thing is don’t have a kid with her, cut some for the life of another and your owns. There’s someone I sort of know but also completely don’t, he gave a sort of inspirational speech about this very topic randomly for no reason. It went like this:

“Listen brothers, no matter how spunky your sister (s) is, you must never partake in the act of reproduction with her. Let the influence of temptation be feeble in the face of your spirit. Preserve your own life and cut some slack for another. HYAAAAAAAAA!”

He then go owner in a battle immediately after, it was hilarious…

You might want to get her a counselor if she really believes you want to sleep with her. But other than that, you can't control how she dresses. If she is underage, that's her parent's problem.

I can't tell whether you're kidding or are serious... But if you are serious, get a grip on yourself. It's not okay to look at your sister that way... Regarding your sister, that's a pretty messed up thing to say to a brother. I know some people like attention and show off but the fact that she said that is disturbing. Control your hormones and tell your parents what she said to you maybe they'll make her understand that it's not cool to talk to a brother like that.
