I just consider women taking pride in their womanhood in their own way. Even if it's not what society says it strictly is. I'm patient, kind, helpful, gentle, usually modest, etc. But this is just the way I am because of the type of person I am. Sometimes I like traditional things and other times I don't.

Because if you are independent there is no need for those the focus is totally on oneself which is self destructive
I disagree. You can absolutely be independent and still be kind, patient, caring, etc. Being independent doesn't mean selfish or solely focusing on oneself. It means being self-sufficient and capable of handling oneself.

And I'm an ICU nurse. Yes, it's dirty and physically and mentally demanding and it's dangerous when dealing with infectious diseases.
Women can do jobs that "bend land to our will" and are life threatening and dirty and physically demanding and the type of work that makes sure the world around me works...
