Co-worker fits most signs of liking me, but also heavy signs of not liking me?

Anonymous

So, I met a girl a few months ago (November) at work. We are both clerks at a store. The good news is that she shows heavy signs of liking me.

1. The biggest sign is that she stares at me, and this is not an exaggeration, literally all of the time, most of the time directly into my eyes, and with a grand ole grin. The shop could literally be full of people, and her taking care of customers, and she's still staring me directly in the eyes with a huge grin when I look.

2. Every customer seems to think we're dating, even before I knew I liked her like I do.

3. She's always trying to convince me to stay and talk to her when I'm clocked out, sometimes even trying to convince me to stay for hours, which sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't.

4. She playfully touches me sometimes, and it's really only me she does it with, despite also working with others.

I could really go on and on about everything, but to save space I'm just going to say that she clearly flirts with me, and I'm' not the only person to see it, as literally customers ask me about it all of the time, and I have to awkwardly shut it down because she has a boyfriend, and I don't want to make things awkward for her either.

There was even one time a customer brought it up when we were there, and her response was "He's like a sibling!"

I also feel like she's different around me when her boyfriend is around. Way less flirty, and playful.

Could she have said the brother thing to just shut down the accusations quickly? I don't really think 4 months is enough to think of me as a brother, and I REALLY don't understand why anyone would flirt so heavily that they have 2 to 3 customers a day asking if we're dating. The only thing I can think of when it comes to the whole "brother" thing is that maybe she cares about her boyfriend too, and is afraid she'll hurt him, and in a whim decided to say that to stop the customer from asking.

I should also add a few things to further prove my point of her seeming to like me.

For example, she remembers every little conversation I have with her.

She for some reason knows my birthday.

She introduces me to everyone she is close with (sisters, mom, etc.)

Also, not really sure if this helps the friendly or the romantic side of things, but she has recently started stealing my phone to take selfies apparently, lol.
