Are these valid signs that my coworker likes me?

-asks me questions about myself, school, career

-tries to talk to me when I am passing by, or acknowledges me.

-tells my other coworkers that I am really sweet

-he’s funny! he tries to make me laugh. He smiles at me.

He is also really friendly, and not just friendly to me. He is friendly to a lot of people. I am bad at taking hints. What should I look for if these aren’t valid signs that he likes me?

The more personal the questions, the deeper the interest. Men being visual looking and smiling is a good sign. I've shown interest to women in this manner and similarly confused her. I tried to ask her enough questions to start a conversation, but later realized work was a bad place for it. I also see how a woman converses to see what she believes. I am personally a talkaholic but these are some good signs of attraction at least. Whether this attraction is more than physical is another question.

I mean sorta. I have a strong feeling toward him. I feel like the moment I saw him and he saw me, we instantly connected (but that’s just what I think). The thing is, we have completely polar career choices and aspirations, and I think that is kind of a turn-off for the both of us. I’ve never dated anyone so I’m just playing it out to see where it goes I guess
