Decent women want a guy she can rely on, trust and as such she can support, etc.

Tramps, sluts, women who'll sleep with anyone "want" a bad boy. Notice I put want in quotes. It's not that they want, per se, it's just these sorts so often lack in self respect & self esteem that anyone who compliments them or shows them a little bit of interest is worth sleeping with and "bad boys" know this.
