Is my cousin jealous of me?

She’s 3 years older than me. She recently broke up with her boyfriend. I broke up with my ex 9 months ago. Now I’m talking to a new guy. If I talk about him and tell her how we’ve been talking etc she’s very dry. She says nice but I can tell she’s dry and short not like herself.
recently she tried to reconcile with her ex. When they exchanged some texts and he asked her to meet she was excited and brought it up first to me without me asking. A week ago I asked if they’ve met she said that they had to reschedule. I can tell she’s avoiding the topic since she hasn’t talked about him. I’m assuming things aren’t going well at all with them.

she's probably dry because her love life isn’t going well and it’s a touchy topic. That doesn’t mean she’s “jealous” of you.

She probably is but give her some time. I've had people do this to me too. It really sucks when people don't celebrate you or can't. But don't neglect to think about what another person is going through just be her friend. If she tries to or always tries to 1 up you then it's not genuine.
