Is my cousin jealous?

I was telling my cousin that i think the walk in clinic doctor has a crush on me. The first time I saw him outside of the clinic he was starring at me at first I didn't know he was the doctor when they were opening up the clinic. Anyways when I'm done asking him questions regarding my health concerns he ask me personal questions like where is my family from I even ask him personal questions at one point he was asking me if he should continue working out and I told him that he looks great the way he is we even talked about what we are both looking for in a potential partner. I know doctors cannot date their patients but my cousin was saying he's not interested and that he's a player and he probably does it to all his patients because he's attractive and in his mid 30s and he's not married she then later says that he's Asian and more than likely he won't date me because I'm black. I told her that he told me that his sister is married to an African man and that his parents don't mind who they date as long as they're happy. She insisting that I'm over thinking and he isn't attracted to me and that there most be a catch because most men are married at his age and with his career I told her it's different times and a lot of people are not rushing marriage like in her day she's in her 50s. When I told my friend what is going on she said my cousin is negative all the time and I should stop telling her my business because she also had a issue with this guy I was talking to off a dating app he was white she said he is creepy and too attractive to be acting the way he is. do you think she is jealous because she seems to have a bad opinion about everyone I like..
