Is it okay to be jealous of my boyfriends cousin?

I feel like such an idiot getting jealous over my boyfriends cousin but I can't help it:(

he's always on about how gorgeous she is...yeah I agree she is like extremely beautiful and maybe that's why I get jealous :( He's always with her and turns off his phone when he is. I don t know, it just gets me down I suppose! one time I was round his and we were upstairs in his room on Facebook and he was looking at all her pictures, I said she was really pretty and he replied 'she's gorgeous, my dance teacher said I would do well get with her...hahahaha' and I was just like... 'thats cool' I mean, he's with me-shouldnt he be proud of that too?! :(

i don't even care anymore...maybe he should just get with his cousin..she's blonde...perfect...pretty...shes got it all! where as I've got brunette hair, which is naturally black, with caramel dip dye...i aren't anywhere near perfect and I look worse than a dog :'(

His cousin is two years older than us as well...please-help! <3

First of all, your boyfriend shouldn't even be talking about his cousin. He is dating you, not her. He shouldn't treat it like a joke, because it obviously bothers you.

If you don't like it, communicate. Let your boyfriend know your feelings, and tell him that what he is doing is really bothering you. But make sure you tell him WHY it is bothering you, otherwise he won't get it. Make sure you tell him that when he compliments his cousin all the time, it makes you feel inadequate and overlooked, and it makes you feel like he doesn't care about you as much as he cares for his cousin.

Let us know how he responds when you do tell him.

No, it's not okay. Jealousy is really a bad personality trait and will lead to you losing relationships.

ok first of all that is down right weird and it sounds like he might have a bit of a crush on his cousins you need to talk to him about just lay it out and say look this is how ifeel its weird and it shouldn't be like this especially if he turns his phone off that means he doesn't want any distractions while he is with her when he should be dying to talk to you no normal boyfried does that sorry about your problem I'm here to alk if you need me.
