Help why do I feel weak & no appetite on my period?

I have very heavy period all day. I barley ate anything all day & zero hunger feel weak bones. Why?

I'm not entirely sure, but I do know that most women, and especially women with heavy flows, need iron supplements to replenish the iron you lose during your period. Additionally, dehydration could be the culprit for why you feel weak. Coconut water, apples, and cucumbers blended together is what my sister drinks during her period, so it might work for you also. You should eat red meats, double water intake or add Gatorade, and take iron. No, I did not use to be a woman and transition. Nor am I gay. 😎

Heavy periods can cause iron levels to decrease, which can lead to anemic symptoms, especially if you’re already anemic. Try iron pills on your days you feel like that and it should improve.

I have to change my pads 3x since yesterday , first time I have heavy period since I stopped the birth control shot last month 😔

My doctor gives appointments til 3-4 months lol waste of time to send a message to my doctor only his nurse replies. They don’t help at all.

It is only heavy today. It’s my 3rd day on period but it was light past 2 days. Just stopped taking the birth control shot last month so first time getting period

Then you should eat something even if you're not hungry. You need to keep your energy up and stay hydrated. If this continues on seek medical help.

I have zero hunger tho. All I ate was a bagel , matcha, 2 cookies @ one taco. And one meal supplement shake today
