I’m broke whatver money I make this new week is all for my rent. But I went food shopping last week so I have enough to eat for this new week. However I had a bad day of eating and was driving all day & feel weak tired. I ate poorly , 2 slices of Cinnabon bread with cream cheese & cooked an egg but it came out hard over cooked so had throw in trash. Then half a small banana. Drank some multi vitamins. Ate in in out but didn’t finish my burger. Then ate very little of this Mac and cheese pasta for dinner. And a meal supplement shake that’s it. For the week I have eggs hasbrowns, bread with cream cheese & penut butter , lunch I have Turkey club avacado sandwhiches, no healthy snacks this week. Just chocolate , hostess birthday cupcakes. Don’t eat dinner often just a meal supplement shake. I had a lot of chicken last wk so taking a break.
Help how do I stop feeling weak & get more nutrients? ?

Buy quality cheap food. Dried beans pack a ton of protein for the price. My first year as a broke college kid, I was living off uncooked hydrated beans. After the 3rd day it was hard to eat, but if you want cheap caloric dense food that's a great go to. One pack is probably cheaper than the value pack of hostess cupcake with wayyyy more calories and less sugar/preservatives/food dye
I don't know how to recover from eating horribel today. I forgot I have a whole cup of refried beans in my fridge. I can eat that with eggs for breakfast all week
I can’t buy dried beans I have no stove in my apartment
I like to buy rosterie chicken it’s like 7 but lasts me at least 3 days for lunch
I didn't have a stove initially either. You just gotta do the most with what you have and hope it works out in the end
