Not particularly, but it's definitely a necessary component of other things that do actually make a woman attractive.

not in the least. A woman or man who is happy on their own does not need or want a partner and will be unwilling to put up with the struggles that come with being "coupled". The most attractive thing about a woman is when she is slim and fit.

If the actions she takes are always guided by the desire to advance her own state of well-being then I can't say I find that approach to be attractive, but the down stream effects, I would argue are conditionally attractive.
