Hirsutism is something I don't see much of.
I'm not talking about Trans people either. I'm talking about born female, decided one day that they wanted to go natural.
Nothing sexier than a girl with body hair. Especially the arms and legs.

What Girls Said
Of course it exists and it is much more common than what you may think.
Hirsutism is a condition in women that results in excessive growth of dark or coarse hair in a male-like pattern — face, chest and back. The majority of cases of hirsutism is medically related among women. There are 5 major causes for hirsutism.
1. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
2. Cushing syndrome
3. Congenital adrenal hyperplasia
4. Tumors
5. Medication
However, hirsutism can also be linked to family history, ancestry and obesity.
Women of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and South Asian ancestry are more likely to have more body hair with no identifiable cause than are other women. Being obese causes increased androgen production, which can worsen hirsutism. Several conditions that cause hirsutism, including congenital adrenal hyperplasia and polycystic ovary syndrome, run in families.
I know it still exists.
