You mean you want to talk to the friend so that this friend tries to motivate her to change her mind or do you mean to say that you want to hit on the friend as a substitute, so to speak?

There is always a reason why someone is placed in that infamous friendzone. Being cute is normally not enough to get out of that zone because that girl saw more than just your cuteness. There are numerous reason why someone is put in the friendzone and cuteness (or lack thereof) is only one minor one.

But beware, hitting on her friend may lead to consequences you did not think of.
