Thoughts on this?

I’ve always caught this person glancing and staring at me but didn’t think much of it and said that I was being dulu but a friend of mine told me that they too catch him staring @me too often.. Days go by and I don’t see him till yesterday where the two of us happened to be in the same place, saw each other but didn’t talk or interact but he stood close to a person I was talking to and kinda listened to the conversation I was having with that person I sensed his eyes on me and his whole attention on the convo… anyways before leaving I took a picture with no clue he was around and once I got home while looking at the picture I noticed him in the background staring at me again while taking that photo!

Am I making this sound bigger than it is? What do you think of this?

Meh... He's attracted to you on some level, but if he's not willing to make a move it's just him staring.
