Honestly, just talk to her about things you'd talk to your friends about (minus girls). Lol we are people too! You could start off by making a list of random questions to ask and then seeing where the conversation goes from there. You could also just talk about your day or what you're really into recently (hobbies, shows, sports, games, social media, work/school, whatever). Or ask her about her day or herself. Most girls love to talk so as long as you give her a good prompt, she could go on for hours. Pay attention to what she tells you so you can bring those things up again at a later time. Also give her lots of compliments! If you're into her, show your interest!
As a female, I always like to get to know a guy on a personal level before deciding to date him. So the more comfortable he is talking to me about himself, the easier it is for me to gauge whether or not I would want to keep him in my life. Also, it's pretty obvious when someone is nervous and sometimes it can be cute to see that so don't be insecure about it. Let it happen. Talking about things that are important to you, things that interest you, dreams/goals/future, random things going on or things that caught your attention that day, dumb/corny jokes, literally anything and everything. Seeing someone get excited or passionate is big. Bring up philosophical questions or ethical situations or even current events and give your personal input. Show her who you are and give her something to respond to. If she gets quiet, ask her a question about how she feels/thinks about the topic.
I know we all tend to blow things out of proportion when we're interested in someone but you gotta remind yourself that they are just regular people. The only one making things weird/awkward is you or her. Kill that tension with some humor (awkward works best) and then start having a conversation you would have with literally anyone else. You got this!

I'm not experienced at that but I want to tell you this time don't wait for someone it pasts so you should talk to her being normal & confident you can start with things did you had a crush on someone or you are looking prettier from some days did you get someone for you & lead the conversation to your point.
