Is this not contradictory? Please someone explain.
It's not necessarily contradictory for someone to want both spontaneity and a man with a plan. On the one hand, spontaneity can be exciting and fun, and can add a sense of adventure and unpredictability to a relationship. On the other hand, having a man with a plan can convey a sense of stability, reliability, and thoughtfulness.
What this generally means is that they want someone who can balance these two qualities - someone who can be spontaneous and fun, but also has the ability to plan and organize enjoyable activities. It's not necessarily an either/or situation, but rather a preference for someone who can blend both qualities in a way that creates a fulfilling and enjoyable relationship.
Ultimately, everyone has their own unique preferences and desires when it comes to relationships. It's important to communicate openly and honestly with your partner about what you want and need in a relationship, and to work together to find a balance that works for both of you.

Spontaneity doesn't have to be random. Just different
I think by spontaneity, she means random acts just because. I always love being surprised with random things like flowers, dates, and activities. Just see where the moments take you.
That being said, having an idea of what you're gonna do is always super nice. For example, having movie tickets ready followed by a dinner somewhere before going to someone's house is super sweet. For me, it shows initiative and that you care about the time we share together.
I don't know because im not into spontaneity outside of random moments of sex. I've always preferred the planner type

She means she's a flake. So just do what you like. Cause odds are she going to be dissatisfied anyhow.
