Sometimes I don't understand sarcasm?

What can be the reason if I sometimes don't understand sarcasm? There's a girl at work. I never understand her, she looks and talks seriously all the time. Also, a guy too, at work.

But other times, I don't have this problem with other people.

Could the reason be that I don't actually pay attention to her or might I be autistic to a degree?

Possibilty #1: You probably don't get their sarcasm because they are presenting conflicting images that both seem pretty real and convincing. They're really good at being two-faced, in other words.

You don't have this problem with most other people, so I'd say it's them, not you.

Possibility #2: I had a staff member who told me that she couldn't tell when I was joking or being serious sometimes. She was not autistic, but she was very literal and took things at face value unless I explained it otherwise. She was the only staff member I have ever had to do this with. So if you are very literal, it's possible there may be small nuances of meaning you're missing when others communicate.

It depends. Sometimes people say something rude to you and it's not sarcasm. I actually don't like those kinds of people because they always say they're joking but usually there's some truth to how they really feel.

Some people are very bad at adding the sarcastic tone, it's required, that why you don't do sarcasm via text. It's should be very obvious that what you say shouldn't be taken seriously.
