What’s a good comeback?

I want to ask a girl out from work. We have been talking for about a year. I asked her for her number but she gave me her IG instead. I asked her out about a year ago through IG for a baseball game but she said “ it sounds like fun but it’s my nephews bday.”

I want to ask her out again for a festival next month. If she says “I’ll think about it or I’ll get back to you.” Should I say “ let me know soon so I can ask someone else out”?
I don’t want to sound like I don’t have any other options. What do you think?

Yeah you’re probably right. If she gets back to me with a yes or no then that’s respectable on her end. If she doesn’t get back to me at all then it’s time to move on. I’ll just say “hi” to her at work and leave it at that. Just walk away. She does get hit on at work here and there. Some guys have even asked for some pics of her😂 I’ll see her tomorrow. Let’s see how her vibe is with me. Usually it’s cool. We make eye contact and we talk for awhile. Good signs right?

We talk about other things other than work. She told me the other day about her ex fiancé. She was engaged at one point. Sometimes I think she gives me hints about going out. I told her I went snowboarding and she said she always wanted to try inner tubing down the snow. We talk about working out and food. She even gave me a protein bar when she got back from her lunch. I’m going to ask her out one more time
