Hey there!

Well, this happened to me too, but at the hostel I was staying at. I joined late and was new there. Every single girl there was nice to me and very friendly except this one girl. I went upto her and introduced myself, and then only shr told me her name and went straight to her room to avoid having to talk to me. I didn't think much of it then, but I noticed her always avoiding me, be it the evening walks, or tea breaks or even hanging out at weekends, she would purposefully avoid me and when others would invite me, she would lie that she forgot to ask me. Well, I was fed up and confronted her one day. She kept denying it but I was goddamn sick of her behavior and didn't let her go. Finally she said she did all that coz I made her feel insecure and that she couldn't stand when people would compliment me or give me attention. She felt inferior around me even though I've never done anything to make her feel that way. Turns out she is extremely insecure about herself and well, we talked through it and now we're good friends.

So there's a high chance this girl at your work is insecure and is avoiding you for the similar reason. Try talking to her and if she's cooperative, then good. But if she ain't, just ignore her.
