Girl's Behavior

Why are girls being weird to me because im mixed race?

I go to a school that has a lot of hispanic kids and for some reason I noticed a lot of the lighter skined mexican girls are being weird to me even the ones that are darker than me, some even looking at me in a judging way, we all dress the same and have similar styles so I don't understand what the problem is also keep in mind I am half mexican and half African American an afrolatin I have very light mocha brown skin.

Im starting to embrace me being afrolatin because i was having slightly uncomfortable when i was smaller because my hair is like an African American persons hair but my face looked both mexican with slight black features and i mostly looked like my mothers side which all look me and some look more mexican than others, a lot of the girls who were being weird where the ones that complemented me in some way before but now all of a sudden they are being weird or kinda shady
