This is more my type (I would post my boyfriend but I respect his privacy)

As for body, an average healthy body is ideal. My boyfriend is skinny and he looks good but I always want to feed and fatten him up. Moderately in shape is attractive to me because it shows that a guy is able to take care of himself and have a semblance of discipline/routine. Not a fan of overly muscly guys, maybe because it seems insecure or overly obsessive/unnatural. I would consider your photos overly muscly.
a little chubby on a guy could be ok too, but I find it attractive for someone to take care of and be aware of their health and body needs. In the end, anything within the bell curve of average/healthy is attractive to me.
