What do woman do when they're on the edge of a breakdown?

• Mumble swear words under my breath
• Shout swear words openly
• Throw an object (only when no one is around)
• Hit an object (only when no one is around)
• If I'm mad at a person, I generally don't shout, but I might give them a piece of my mind in a more even tone

I don't act aggressive or destructive around other people, because I don't want anyone to feel afraid or unsafe around me. Especially if I'm angry at another person, I try to keep in mind good conflict resolution strategies. But on my own, with no one to be bothered by how I vent my anger? All bets are off.

When I get really angry, I cry. Definitely more in a “I really want to kill you and it’s frustrating me” way, but doesn’t happen too often anymore.
Before, I’d hit something, hard. Inflicting pain to myself calmed me down so I’d punch a wall as hard as I could as many times as I could.
Now, I use the gym to regulate my moods. If I had a bad week or anything I’ll use the gym as therapy, and it works like a charm. It’s even better when someone pisses me off AT the gym.

they use shame tactics and emotional manipulation to emasculate you though to be fair there are lot of simps and white knights who use this tactic too. they'll remember all your faults, flaws and mistakes and hold them against you whether it's your lack of body count, relationship with your parents, size of your junk or lack thereof etc.

anything they can use to try and poison you mentally because in a straight physical fight they can't do shit to you
