I just realized American law doesn't even has a definition of hate speech. It doesn't exists. But on the other hand it can be defined in non public uses and being banned for something that a private person considers hate speech is reasonable, as freedom of speech only applies to the public and not private websites or even private ground. So you can voice your opinions everywhere in public but it doesn't protect you from being banned on private websites.
