What is the first thing you notice about a guy?

Eye's, hair, face, how they present themselves, what they wear, their body language. Lots of things really

So you're basically looking if he's presentable & neat. Fair enough.

Yes, seeing if the guys take care of themselves or not. You can also see if they are confident in themselves through their attire or body language.

What kinds of body language would you consider UNconfident that a guy should avoid? What should he do to appear confident?

Well that's the thing. You either are naturally confident or you're not. It's hard to fake that. You might could but you'd probably be a psychopath if you do. Confidence is in the little things sometimes you don't even think about. It's in how you walk, how you talk, how you dress. Things like do you hold your head high naturally? Or look towards the ground? Little things like that can add up.
