Girls, how do you manage sudden periods with cramps in public with no bathrooms, and would you tell a guy you're close to?

Simple I either drive home, call an Uber, or call someone to pick me up. However first thing to do is tie my sweater around my waist before doing anything.

Also I probably wouldn’t tell a guy because I rarely ever talk about my periods with anyone.

The cramps I have are never that bad and I can mostly ignore them.

In my purse I always carry a few tampons, pads, baby whipes and an extra pair of undies. I have no issues getting a guy friend about it. It's not a secret body function.

As for a bathroom, luckily, in New York, don't have that issue

I always carry 2 or 3 tampons in my purse and I have always been close to a restroom or car to put it in. I would tell any guy that I am friends with as it happens to every girl.
