I am 19 years old and I have seen plenty of girls with an AA or A cup claiming they are a B cup or a big C cup. As someone with a 32B cup size I can guarantee you it looks pretty big and I am not a C cup but many of my friends thought this, while I measured multiple times and turned out I am a 32B. Why so much girls are lying? Having small breast is beautiful.
I like this question for a couple different reasons I think the best reason is because you know who you are within and you can be honest with yourself first of all
There are so many women who get caught up or obsessed about their breasts because they think the guys like bigger breasts
I have always said if a guy is going to date you because of the size of your breast and he's not worth dating he's not even worth being around
So I hope your question opens the eyes of other girls to say don't worry about it it's not that big of a deal whatsoever you want a guy to like you for who you are on the inside not for what your breast size is
They're not necessarily lying. Cup sizes really can look different on woman to woman. A lady I fucked once said her boobs were 36DD even though they actually seemed bigger. I always thought they were an F or G cup, so I was surprised when she said 36DD.
Years ago when Google+ was still alive, I remember having a dispute with a Japanese girl about her own boobs she claimed were big but I adamantly didn't believe her because they looked small. She went as far as to send me close up photos of her boobs in bras so I could see for myself and they were indeed bigger than what I thought, and she explained that not all Asian women are flat chested and not all cup sizes look the same on every woman. It really is true.
Because bra size now goes by the band size in some countries and not so much the cup size. That probably why it is coming across like they are lying.
I went and got properly measured in a bra store for my size and the girl who measured me said I was a B cup because of the band, she even went and got me a bra in a b cup and it fitted me even though i have very small boobs that look more like an A cup
lying to themselves if they’re insecure about chest size or they genuinely just don’t know their proper measurements. Also I’ve noticed the same cup size looks different depending on the womens body type. I’m a D cup (my measurements are correct) but they look smaller compared to others who are also a D

My ex had small tiddies... the bras were like pillows that made her look bigger. My current has 38 double D's and her bras don't add all that extra shit. I'm just pointing out how those bras are made differently... I like the small tiddies and the big tiddies.
Same reason men lie about their height. It’s generally more appealing to have a larger breast size than it is to have smaller.
While I never lied about my small breast size, I do use bras to make them look bigger. I’m not really insecure about them, but they would look better bigger.

Same reason dudes lie about their dick size or body count.
Same reasons people lie about the money they make or who gave a shit about their cooking or which CEOs they rub shoulders with.

There's a lot of insecurities when it comes to breasts so women try to sometimes make themselves feel better about it which no lie makes me feel bad cause I agree with you, small breastfed women are beautiful too.
Because they think men only care about huge breasts, when the vast majority of men love breasts regardless of size.. It's more about shape than size honestly anyway. And weather or not we are allowed to touch them.
To be honest be happy with what you have , breast size is not really that important to a lot of men ,, its the woman that he is looking at not breast size to be sure.. At least for me and most of my buds that I know of..

Same reason guys lie about their height, to attract other people. The insecurity isn't as big of a deal to guys as women out their think. Women however, are definitely more stubborn about height in comparison.

They don't consider themselves good enough as they are.
I been told by so called experts that most women really don't even know thier true bra size. This would suggest that mainly it's ignorance. I'm sure some do it intentionally though.
