Does it bother u if u can see her nipples through her shirt in public. Not totally see through but just tell where they are

When did bras become mandatory attire? And why do they need to be worn under clothing that completely covers a woman's top? It's ridiculous.

For me, not really in public but I do that in front of my boyfriend to tease him. I have a pretty quirky breast shape, they’re small but pretty pointy and swoopy with puffy tips. So it’s a fun thing to just walk around braless and see him looking at it some times. Walking around at home nippy is also a good signal that I want some.
