You need to make a move before it gets worse. Ask her out. If you always see her somewhere start with something small on the way, like a lunch date at work or going for a drink after sports.

If she is not interested you must not allow yourself to still think about her.

In my experience you need to start talking to her asap. If you don't you will watch her get with another guy without ever knowing what could have been. It will be to late then and life will flow without her.
