Is it bad to think about a girl I like all the time?

So I used to work with this girl like 2 years ago. We would talk once and awhile. And I catch her looking at me if she saw me and didn’t know I saw her. I though about her all the time could not get her out of my head. Then I met another girl and we ended up dating but she broke up with me after a short time. And after I got over her I kept thinking about the other girl again. I see her once and awhile but I don’t know if she would remember who I am. I know we have things in common and such. And I don’t think she is in a relationship with anyone. I have never seen her with anyone and no photos on FB with anyone. Also I work with one of her good friends and she’s friends with two guys I was friends with from school they both have boyfriends tho. But is it bad I can’t stop thinking about her like I dreams about her too. It’s weird because I thought about the type of girl I would want to date and said I would like to meet a girl like this and then I meet her.
