Yeah for sure and have. Nothing worse than being on vacation when it happens. Hard to plan around that but it has never stopped me from getting in the pool. I have never had any issues either. I know what you are probably worried about. Don't be. You are not going to leave a trail of blood behind you because you are on it. Just make sure if you have a tampon in that you change it after you are done. It is going to suck up some although not a ton of whatever what you were in. Just change and carry on.
