Do y'all usually go swimming while on your period or do you try to avoid going during that time?
(I'm leaving this question open to guys just incase y'all have anything to add to this)
I love swimming, but I donโt go swimming while Iโm on my period. Because while Iโm on my period, I feel like Iโm going to faint in the first 3 days. That I want to rest and hide under the covers. I also have never been a fan of wearing tampons, because I believe our uterus/vagina is supposed to breathe and remove bacteria on its own. That wearing a tampon (in my case) causes more bloating and bacteria not escaping the uterus. Which causes health complication like more bloating, fever, and fatigue.
I had to sit out on multiple vacations cause I got my period during our week at the beach, the vacation would always make my period come ahead of schedule and I am not sure why, maybe the exposure to Pheromones from other females, or the happiness or the sea or climate change or physical stress of being sleep deprived or maybe being on a cruise and having water somehow stimulates my period, never asked a doctor about it.

On the very rare occasion that my period has coincided with going swimming, I simply pop a fresh tampon in and I'm good to go.
Nope, I do not go swimming while I'm on period. They say taking baths help but with me it has to be strictly a shower during that time
Yeah, I just put a fresh tampon in, before I go swimming, and Iโm good to go!
I would only go swimming if it's in the ocean. I cannot wear tampons. In someone else's pool no way I'm doing that.
I don't swim but personally I wouldn't feel comfortable swimming on my period.
Usually I go to swim in those days unless I donโt feel to have lots of execise those days.
I haven't gone swimming in over 10 years, but I probably wouldn't just because I don't want to have to use a tampon.
I donโt. But if Iโm going on vacation then Iโll take a pill to delay my period so I can go swimming.
Oh no because when I'm on my period I only use pads and I've heard you can't put a pad in a swimsuit
