Hey guys I was just wondering is anyone here diagnosed with adhd or just add? I am a female and was wondering what adhd/add feels like for both males and females? Any advice is appreciated.

I have ADD although I was diagnoses at the age of 3 (I'm 22 now) and it has only helped me in life. I can basically focus on many things at the same time. I can also hyperfocus on one thing. And best of all when someone talks about something boring my brain will make it seam like they talk another language. Sometime I can't tell if someone is speaking another language or if I just don't care...
I can also sleep with my eyes open/half ish. It worked well in middle school but once I started snoring it was over..
I'm actually telling the truth, it might be hard to believe but eh that's up to all of you,
Yeah I have adhd that I only recently found out about a few years ago. It apparently gets worse for woman as they age and men grow out of it as they age
I know 3 or 4 adults with ADHD. Some have learned to deal with it, others are still on Ritalin.
