I dont believe in such diagnoses. I was raised to believe that I will never become anything, because of those diagnoses.


My cure is listening to one hour long motivational speeches with epic music on the background. Give it a try.

I have it.

I cope with it by scheduling my work during certain hours of day, taking concerta, eating an unprocessed diet, and getting regular exercise.

Oh, yeah! That's right!
I don't think I ever had the AD part but I'm quite sure Ihad the HD part when I was a kid. Best way to deal with that was to go up to my room and have a good, long bash on the drums!
