+1 yIt's biological. Men have stiff and muscular body and women have loose and flexible body, just evolution I guess because men had to go for hunting and needed to fight for prey and stuff and they got stiff body and women were plucking fruits and vegetables from plants which I am sure requires some streching and that's why they have flexible body. But if a man trains for flexibility or let's say he's learning to dance then he can definitely have more flexible body compared to an average woman but a woman who trained as much as him will always have more flexibility than him, I hope I'm making sense.

i see, interesting information, im feeling like megamind with this new knowledge 🙂

This is all made up from what I think is the reason! This isn't really proved anywhere! Just my opinion. I warned you. Lol.
- +1 y
so its not that? damn, i wouldve ate all that crap up no lie lol
- +1 y
@mementomori777 I just said whatever seemed logical to me. I mean, see it, isn't is logical? If not then I'm sure that answer is biological for sure. Women are biologically flexible for sure and it does makes sense that it's all the part of evolution but I'm no expert to say for sure. But see it yourself, it does makes sense from an eye of common person. So it's not crap but at least I was honest about it.
- +1 y
@stepyo99 at least I was honest, stop being sarcastic and do think about it. It seems reasonable from the eye of a common person but I'm no expert to say it's completely right of course but reasonable from one aspect for sure. I don't know what's the problem here if I was honest about it being my own reason instead of a proved study.

fosho, i was messing with you, I don't know whats true her and whats not lol

+1 yWomen have wider hips than men, it makes them more flexible. Women also have larger thigh muscles than men, which helps them to squat more easily. And women tend to be shorter than men, which makes them more flexible too. It's all because of evolution and biology.

thats quite interesting knowledge, thanks
649 opinions shared on Girl's Behavior topic. More flexible biologically. for example the hip socket is different. Females hip socket joint is rounder so girls can sit down lower. Male hip socket joints are designed to lock.
If you stand with your feet under your hips and sit down you can feel that lock point. Its to help us crouch ready to spring out and wack a saber tooth tiger on the head with a club.
There a lot of differences between male and female bodies! Ours needed to be more rugged.

Thanks. I am technically inclined so I have browsed Gray's to enhance my perving pleasure. I do like female flexibility and dexterity - very sensual in my view. One of the oddball differences is the shape of our ribs on the side (under armpits). Girls have an ovoid shape and we are box shaped. Totally appropriate girls have ovoid rib cages but I wonder why? Still nice to feel that femme difference anyway even if it is not a classic spot.

+1 yIn general, the female body has wider hips and shorter arms and legs, when compared to the male body. In addition, female muscles are generally not as well developed (strong) as male muscles. All those things, taken together, makes the female body, in general, more flexible than the male body.

You should see the women in my YOGA class! Talk about flexible! Never saw anything like it. Ones that have been active for a long time are like a pretzel. I do think that women do have an advantage based on their body structure as to the degree of flexibility they have.

I know it's crazy lol

It's just wild to see them bend lol
+1 yYes. Men got sensitive balls they can't split in two
34 Reply- +1 y
not talking about splits, i mean flexible in general, they can just bend and a guy can barely bend lol
- +1 y
Yes i suppose. A basic bridge any women can do i think

🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️

Men's balls have little to do with their ability to perform splits. It's more to do with how men's pelvis bones are structured compared to women's.
+1 yYes. Our bones are softer lol. Cause I'm short and flexible I would win in limbo every year as a kid in school😂
But the older people get the more stiff. Problaby genetics too..
16 Reply- +1 y
you just decided to start flexing your limbo skills 😂
- +1 y
Nah I wasent even that flexible I was just really short😂 but I was younger.. The younger the more flexible😌
- +1 y

- +1 y

- +1 y
a dried out sponge works too tho, i know you saw spongebob infront of that lamp light on the movie, like that lol

🤣😂😂
Usually yes? It's not like every woman is more flexible than every man (especially if one or the other has worked to become more so) but the short answer seems to be yes.

+1 yI find women have an easier time doing stomach work outs then men because women are designed to push babies through their stomach and lose that stomach fat after their baby comes out.
11 Reply- +1 y
yea i was just told something similar and it was mind blowing to hear lol
+1 yhaven't you asked this question before lol. I think women are. They gotta give birth somehow. They have more curves. Look up carrying angle anatomically. Women have a higher one.
11 Reply- +1 y

+1 yI do feel women are little more flexible because they are usually smaller and don’t have much body mass as a guy unless they are a muscular women. It does take some practice and stretching first to get use to it. Most girls can do the splits while most can’t.
10 Reply 1.6K opinions shared on Girl's Behavior topic. Yes, sometimes I could not believe some of the positions we could get into, especially in a car

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yYes, women are. It's mainly for sexual reasons. The more flexible the woman, the easier to impregnate her and enjoy different positions. God bless all you flexible ladies!

Anonymous(25-29)+1 yI think it's just because women are less muscular than men
14 Reply- +1 y
I don't know, im not that muscular and i still can't bend good 😂
