How do I don't get my bed sheets stained on my period?

Like every single time I have my period I stain my bed sheets and It's so annoying and I always put something underneath like an empty trash bag but it always moves while I sleep so it doesn't work too , and I don't like wearing tampons

I always get a stain no matter what.. I've given up years ago😣..

I use both towel and night pad for heavy flow but eh.. it is what it is. I will still leak.. The pad only works if you lay still... so I think the only thing that would work is wearing an adult dipaer but I rather die. So...

When its the last days and you bleed less you can put some salt, bakning powder and bleach spray on with cold water. Let it sit for 20 min and then throw it in the washer:)

Wear extra large sanitary pad with tight underwear. If the blood flow is more then change pad every 4 hours or as needed

How about using a cup?
As for the plastic, tape it to the bed.
Otherwise, like them or not, you're gonna HAVE to get used to tampons.

There's nothing to be scared of. They don't hurt, they're only about 3 or 4 inches long and most girls are only about 4" deep so, it can't get lost in you. And there's gonna be about a 6" long string hanging out of you so you can easily pull it back out. If you haven't already, I think you should try at least one and see how it feels and how easy it is to deal with. My ex-fiance used to let me change hers once in a while and it only takes a few seconds. From what I'm told, once it's in, you won't even know it's there.

No problem, hun. I hope you have a good experience with them. It'd be MUCH better than having bloody sheets or sleeping on plastic.
I'm not 100% sure but, I think it's best to change them at least 3 times a day.
I'm pretty sure that, once you get used to it, you'll think nothing of it.

Instead of trying to get the stains out invest in red or bloody looking sheets & leave the stains there & you probably wouldn’t even notice.

Wear a larger pad. Larger panties. Put a towel under you while you sleep.

Period panties and use peroxide to clean it up. It eats the blood away on the material.
