I mean, it is possible. Otherwise she has an open wound, and I am guessing you would know about it. Her period could have started at night and been heavy enough flow that happened.

I have never had that happen where it has gotten on bedding. Typically, while lying down, it doesn't come out as easy. To completely soak through her underwear onto sheets while lying down is one hell of a heavy flow.

Of course that would make a difference. There would be no barrier. I don't sleep naked at all and would never do it knowing my period was coming up.

I am on birth control and also use a tracker. My periods are pretty predictable so I start putting pads in when it is getting close.

Ever since I have been on bc it has been more regular. My flow is generally lighter all around, the length is a bit shorter and they are much more regular.

It is going to depend on the type of bc though.

I mean I woke up one day and my sheet looked like the Japan flag so yeah can definitely happen 🇯🇵 if they're good sheets use hydrogen peroxide to clean it out if you don't care about them then throw it out or cut it up for rags 😊

Not in a long time. She may need to use overnight pads. Since we move around while we sleep, blood can leak out onto bed sheets.
