Not sure what you mean. There’s bound to be blood due to your period, that’s what the tampon is for.

I mean does the blood get to vulva in case of using tampons? ( Is there a need for wet wipes or something like that?)

Maybe in the process of removing the tampon and putting a new one in, you could get some blood there. But the only other way that you’d have blood there is if you’re not changing your tampon often enough and it’s soaking through
